Institutional Arrangements
The main components of the projects' institutional framework are: (a) VBA and VBA Council of Ministers which will be extended to include the Ministers in charge of Environment; (b) Project Implementing Agency: UNEP/DGEF; (c) Project Executing Agency: UNOPS, UCC; (d) Project Steering Committee (PSC); (e) Project Management Unit (PMU); (f) National Focal Point (NFP); and (g) National Implementation committees (NIC).
